Ingredients

  • pork - 14 oz (400 g)
  • sauerkraut - 42.5 oz (1200 g)
  • lard - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • paprika
  • salt - to taste

Preparation

Fry the meat of the pig head lightly. Cut the sauerkraut into small pieces and saute in the lard. Sprinkle it with paprika.

Add the meat. Put it to bake in the oven. Serve warm.

It is best to use meat from the cheeks of the pig's head, because it contains more fat.
