Omelette with Ham and Spinach

  • spinach - 7 oz (200 g), frozen
  • eggs - 4
  • cream - 4 tablespoons
  • butter - 2 2/3 tbsp (40 g)
  • ham - 10.5 oz (300 g), or smoked meat
  • black pepper
  • salt


Put the frozen spinach in heated butter and fry until part of the liquid evaporates. Add salt, sprinkle black pepper, add the eggs and 2 tablespoons of cream, pour the mixture into a large buttered pan and fry it.

Cut the omelette in half. Sprinkle one half with finely chopped ham or smoked meat, cover this with the second half, sprinkle finely chopped ham or smoked meat again, mixed with the remaining cream, cut it into 4 parts and serve immediately.find similar recipes here
