  • tomatoes - 9 lb (4 kg)
  • garlic - 2 heads
  • parsley - 1 bunch
  • salt
  • aspirins - 4


Clean the tomatoes, cut them into quarters and grind them in a food grinder. Crush the cleaned garlic cloves with salt to taste. Chop the parsley finely.

Combine the tomatoes, garlic and parsley, add the crushed aspirin and mix well. Add salt to taste and distribute into jars. Close them well and sterilize them.find similar recipes here
