How to cook
Arrange a layer of biscuits on the bottom of an appropriate tray. Mix the cream, yoghurt, vanilla, sugar and some sliced strawberries if desired, in a large bowl. Blend the cream until it acquires a nice pink color.
Apply some cream on the biscuits, stack the cleaned and sliced strawberries on top, then add another layer of biscuits and continue until you run out of products. Cover the cake with the remaining cream and decorate with pieces of strawberries and other fruits, grated chocolate or ground nuts.
Leave the strawberry cake without baking in the fridge for a few hours before serving.
