Ingredients

  • pork - 9 oz (250 g) fillet
  • sujuk - 9 oz (250 g)
  • offal - 3.5 oz (100 g) pork caul fat
  • cheese - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • ketchup
  • FOR THE GARNISH
  • potatoes - 9 oz (250 g)
  • cabbages - 3.5 oz (100 g) fresh
  • lettuce - 1
  • carrots - 2
  • tomatoes - 3.5 oz (100 g)
  • cucumbers - 3.5 oz (100 g)

Preparation

Roast the sujuk and pork tenderloin on one side only. Wrap the sujuk in the half-roasted pork fillet, then wrap it in the caul fat. Put it to bake until ready.

When the Macedonian woven loaf is ready, sprinkle it with cheese and some ketchup for decoration.

Serve with coleslaw, lettuce, tomatoes and cucumbers and optionally with fries.
