Ingredients

  • pork - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • leeks - 2 sprigs
  • walnuts - 1 cup, chopped
  • prunes - 1 cup, dried
  • tomatoes - 1/2 cup, grated
  • vegetable broth - 1 cup
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • olive oil - 3 - 4 tablespoons
  • salt - to taste
  • black pepper - ground
  • paprika - to taste, can use cayenne, to taste

How to cook

Heat a little oil in a pot and fry the pre-sliced pork. Once well fried, remove it. Chop the leeks finely and put them to fry in the heated oil in the same pot. Add the walnuts and stir until they get braised.

Sprinkle with flour and fry it as well, then sprinkle it with paprika and cayenne pepper. Mix well and add the tomatoes and broth. Add the meat and simmer until the pork is fully cooked.

Finally, season with salt, pepper and add the dried prunes.
