Boil the washed rice in 3 cups salted water where you have also added a little olive oil. Once the rice is ready, let it cool, rinse it under cold water and drain it.
Put it in a bowl, add the chopped tomatoes, peppers, onions, olives and mix with a little salt and black pepper. Add plenty of olive oil, add the vinegar, sesame oil and distribute it in salad bowls.
Crumble tuna in each bowl and serve with a sprig of fresh parsley.
