How to cook
Peel the potatoes, wash them and cut them into pieces. Mix all the spices together. Spread out the potatoes in a greased tray and sprinkle them evenly with the spices.
Stir with a wooden spoon, top them with olive oil. Add 2/5 cup (100 ml) of water to the tray.
Put the potatoes with Indian spices to bake in a preheated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 30-40 minutes.
