How to cook
Fry the bacon in the butter for 2 minutes on each side, remove it from the pan and put it in a warm place.
In the same pan, fry the liver (which has been cut into slices and dipped in flour) for 2 minutes, then put it in a heated dish, mix with the bacon and pour on the vinegar which has been heated in a pan.
Season with the spices and ground walnuts. Serve with lots of parsley and lemon.
