Boil the rabbit whole, debone it and cut it into medium-sized chunks. Spice them in a large bowl with the soya sauce, curry, salt, black pepper and paprika. Leave in the fridge to season for about an hour.
Heat oil in a pan, roll the bites successively in breadcrumbs, eggs, breadcrumbs and finish off with eggs. Fry each bite of rabbit in plenty of highly heated oil until golden brown.
Serve the rabbit bites with parsley and lemon slices.
