- beef - 16 oz (450 g)
- pork - 16 oz (450 g)
- lamb - 16 oz (450 g)
- black pepper
- cayenne pepper
- garlic - 4 cloves, pressed
- eggs - 1 egg white, beaten
Mix the beef, lamb and pork, that have been cut into pieces and grind them into mince.
Add all the spices and knead well, also adding a beaten egg white.
Shape small sausages and roast them.
