Ingredients

  • beef - 16 oz (450 g)
  • pork - 16 oz (450 g)
  • lamb - 16 oz (450 g)
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • cayenne pepper
  • garlic - 4 cloves, pressed
  • eggs - 1 egg white, beaten

How to cook

Mix the beef, lamb and pork, that have been cut into pieces and grind them into mince.

Add all the spices and knead well, also adding a beaten egg white.

Shape small sausages and roast them.
