How to cook
Preheat the oven to 356°F (180 °C). Grease a form with a diameter of 8″ (20 cm) and lay out its bottom with baking paper. Beat the butter with the sugar until creamy.
Add the eggs one at a time, mixing the dough well after each egg. Add the squashed with a fork bananas and the essence. Dissolve the baking soda in the milk, sift the flour with the baking powder and the mix of spices.
Pour all this in to the banana batter and gently stir with a spoon until evenly mixed. Bake the banana cake for 1 hour.
