Cut the onion and garlic into large pieces. Arrange the drumsticks in a large greased tray, salt and sprinkle them with black and cayenne pepper. Mix together the onion, garlic, olives, raisins, sesame seeds with the olive oil and wine.
Shake it well so that the chicken seasons evenly. Cover the tray and leave it in the fridge to marinate for 4 hours, periodically shaking it again. Then put everything in the tray to bake in a pre-heated oven.
Put it to saute for 20-25 minutes under foil. Then remove it, pour the marinade several times over it and bake the chicken finished.
