Cut up the onions, carrots and mushrooms and put them to fry in the heated oil in a deep pot on the stove. Add the chopped garlic, a little salt, black pepper and paprika and mix. Add the peas, finely diced tomatoes and after boiling for 5 minutes, add 2 cups (500 ml) of hot water if needed.
Simmer on the stove on medium heat for about 20-25 minutes and if necessary, add water. Add the sausages, sliced into circles. After about 10 minutes, thicken the dish with the flour, dissolved in a little water.
Season with more spices as needed and add the chopped dill.
