Ingredients

  • ham - 9 oz (250 g)
  • rice - 1 1/5 cups (300 g)
  • butter - 1/2 cup (125 g)
  • onions - 1 head
  • leeks - 1 sprig
  • cheese - 5.5 oz (150 g)
  • vegetable broth - 1 cube
  • salt
  • black pepper - to taste

How to cook

Chop the onions and leeks finely and fry them. Add the rice and shortly thereafter, the diced ham, salt and pepper. Dissolve the broth in 4 cups of warm water and add it too.

Pour the whole mixture into a fireproof glass container, close and roast in a moderate oven. Once it is almost ready, sprinkle it with grated cheese and bake until the cheese melts.

You can boil the risotto with ham in a pot on the stove, while adding the broth gradually.
