- chicken legs - 5
- eggs - 3
- oil - 3 1/3 tbsp (50 ml)
- coconut flakes - 4/5 cup (200 g)
Wash the drumsticks, add salt and leave them to sit for about 20-25 minutes. Boil them well.
Whisk the eggs and dip the already boiled legs in them, then roll them in coconut shavings.
Fry in hot oil.
