Ingredients

  • tomatoes - 3 medium
  • cabbages - 5 leaves, or lettuce
  • eggs - 5, hard - boiled
  • cheddar - 7 oz (200 g)
  • parsley - 1 - 2 bunches
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • olive oil

How to cook

Arrange the lettuce or cabbage in a large plate. Halve the tomatoes and remove the soft inside parts. Crumble the eggs, season them with a little olive oil, salt and pepper and stuff them in the tomatoes.

Arrange the stuffed tomatoes on a plate, cover with plenty of grated cheddar and serve the appetizer garnished with lots of parsley.
