Cut the tofu into cubes and set it aside.
Chop the green onions and put them to stew with a little olive oil. Cut the tomatoes and peppers very finely. Once the onion sautes lightly, add the minced meat and stir.
After about 10-15 minutes, add the tomatoes and peppers and season them with the spices. Leave the sauce on the stove until the liquid almost completely evaporates.
Arrange the pieces on a plate and add the tofu.
