How to cook
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet and fry the onion and crushed garlic until tender. Add the paprika, chopped canned tomatoes, stir well and pour in the hot broth.
Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat and add the pasta. Let boil for about 8 minutes, stirring regularly. Add fresh or thawed seafood by choice.
Mix well and cook for another 3 minutes. Finally, season with salt and pepper. Serve the pasta with seafood with chopped parsley and lemon slices.
