Ingredients

  • butter - 2 tbsp (30 g)
  • rice - 1 cup (250 g)
  • fish - 21 oz (600 g) raw fillet, or smoked
  • tomatoes - 14 oz (400 g)
  • sour cream - 2/5 cup (100 g)
  • cheese - 2 oz (50 g)

How to cook

Boil the rice in lightly salted water. Wash it under running water and pour half into a greased tray.

Arrange the fish fillets on top, then tomato slices and the remaining rice.

On top, pour on the cream mixed with the grated cheese, arrange a few pieces of butter and bake for about 15-20 minutes.
