How to cook
Mix the wings with the sesame oil and spices and leave them for 15 minutes. Prepare the dough and heat oil in a wok. Dip each wing in corn starch and tap to remove any excess. Dip them in the dough and fry in preheated oil until golden.
Put the chicken wings on a paper towel to drain. Throw out the oil from the wok. To the wok, add the honey, lemon juice and heat on medium heat. Gradually add the fried wings.
Once the meat becomes completely covered with honey, carefully remove and arrange in a plate. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve hot.
