How to cook
Put the cottage cheese into a bowl, add the mayonnaise, a little salt, the egg and start beating or blending until everything becomes homogenized.
Add the finely chopped onion, garlic and continue whipping. Our family likes the pâté with finely chopped chives, wild garlic would also work, but you can add spices to taste as well.
Serve the cottage cheese pâté on toasted bread slices, coated with olive oil.
