How to cook
Put the sesame seeds to bake to a nice tan in a dry pan on the stove. Heat the oil and fry the garlic in the same pan, then add the pepper, which you've cut into thin slices. Fry for 1 minute, add the chopped chili pepper, stir and pour in the sherry, grated ginger and chicken broth.
Put the Chinese chili sauce to boil for 1 minute and add a little salt and black pepper. Sprinkle sesame over rice or steamed vegetables and pour on the Chinese chili sauce.
