Wash the lentils and put them to boil. Once the water comes to a boil, add the ribs, and once they are ready, remove and debone them. Cut the meat into chunks and return it to the soup.
Separately, make a roux by sauteing the finely chopped leeks in the oil, add the flour, paprika, grated tomato and put this into the soup.
The finished soup is seasoned with savory.
