How to cook
Rub the chicken well with salt and pepper and thoroughly with the fragrant olive oil mixture. Arrange it in a baking dish, cover and leave it to sit for about 1 hour. Top with 1/3 cup (80 ml) white wine and put it to bake in a moderately heated oven.
After 20 minutes of baking, add the cleaned and sliced potatoes and bake until finished.
