How to cook
Put water to boil on the stove and salt it. Put in the dry red peppers to parboil. Then peel them and remove the stems and seeds. In a bowl, chop all the leeks finely and season them with ground black pepper and salt to taste.
Thus prepared stuffing is ready to fill the peppers. In each of them, put 1 teaspoon of oil. Arrange the filled peppers in a deep baking dish. Pour the remaining oil on the stuffed peppers, with the addition of 2 cups of water.
Put the dish in a moderate oven and bake it for about 20 minutes. Optionally, you can pour cabbage juice diluted with water over the peppers.
