How to cook

Mix together the whole wheat and oat flour, coconut flakes, vanilla, almonds and 1 cup of raisins. In a food processor or blender, add the other cup of raisins and apple juice, bananas and carob flour. Blend everything to homogeneity.

Pour this mixture into a bowl and mix well. Pour spoons of the mixture apart from one another in a tray with baking paper.

Put the vegan sweets to bake in a moderately heated 356°F (180 °C) oven for 15-20 minutes, being very careful not to bake them too long, because they will end up dry.
