  • dark chocolate - 16 oz (450 g)
  • butter - 1 tablespoon
  • condensed milk - 6 tablespoons, or regular
  • jam - 1 - 2 tablespoons, chokeberry or other
  • liqueur - 2 tablespoons, can use rum, cognac or sour cherry liqueur
  • nuts - 1 - 2 tablespoons, crushed hazelnuts or almonds
  • oranges - 1 tsp, grated orange peel
  • vanilla - 2 drops of essence
  • black pepper - 2 pinches, or chili if desired
  • fruits - mix of sliced bananas, kiwi, strawberries, peaches, apples, etc.
  • walnuts - crushed or other nuts by choice
  • coconut sprinkles
  • biscuits - or sweets by choice
  • cake - cut in pieces


Melt the crumbled chocolate with the butter and condensed milk in a water bath. Add the chokeberry jam, 1-2 tablespoons finely crushed nuts, orange peel, vanilla, a little black pepper or chili if you like it spicy.

Once you remove it from the heat, add the liqueur. Place thus prepared chocolate mixture in a fondue set. You can put the fruits on skewers.

Distribute the crushed nuts and coconut flakes in bowls. In plates, serve the fruits, biscuits, and cut into pieces cake. Put the chocolate fondue on the table. Place the plates with fruits, nuts and sweets around it.

Separately, serve the wooden skewers. In the chocolate mixture, you can add anything you like. Invite your guests to chocolate fondue and a glass of sparkling wine.
