Heat the milk and water. In a bowl, pour some of the water and milk and then add the yeast. Wait until it becomes effervescent. Add the beaten egg, tomato paste, the rest of the milk and water, the salt and sugar. Cut the mushrooms, olives, onions and peppers and fry them, then add them to the mixture of the other products.

Slowly start adding the flour until you get a soft dough. Allow it to rise for about 20-30 minutes, shape it into small balls or a large loaf, place in a greased oven dish for about 15-20 minutes.
