How to make
For the sour, mix the 2 tbsp (30 ml) lemon juice, 2 tbsp (30 ml) lime juice + 2 2/3 tbsp (40 ml) sugar syrup well. Combine the sour with the tequila, blue curacao, peach liqueur in a shaker with ice.
Pour into a margarita glass and serve decorated with lime zest.
