How to cook
Preheat the oven to 428°F (220 °C) and lay out a large rectangular tray with baking paper. Separate the yolks from the whites and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt into powdery snow, adding half of the sugar as well.
Beat the yolks with the remaining sugar and vanilla. Add the sieved flour and starch, alternating between flour and the egg whites. Pour the mixture into the tray, level it off nicely and bake for about 8-10 minutes.
Spread a large kitchen towel on the countertop and sprinkle it with flour. Flip the layer onto it, carefully peel off the paper and roll it up with the towel. Allow it to cool.
Beat the cream into fluffy snow. Set a bit aside for decoration, and mix the cleaned and sliced fruit in the remaining cream. Unroll the roll, smear it with cream, fruit cream and roll it up tightly again. Top with a decoration of cream and fruits.
