Ingredients

  • beetroots - 1 head
  • carrots - 4
  • turnips - 1, white, small
  • parsnips - 2
  • wine vinegar - to taste
  • oil - or sunflower oil
  • salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • sugar - 2 pinches
  • parsley - 1/2 bunch

How to cook

Wash all the vegetables and peel them. Grate each of them in a separate bowl. Finally, combine them in a large bowl.

Mix the vinegar, oil with the salt and sugar and pour them over the salad. Stir slightly and distribute into plates, decorating with a little parsley.
