Boil the rice and leave it aside. Braise the mince in a little oil. Add the onions to it and once softened, add 2 finely chopped tomatoes. Let them soften also. Add the boiled rice along with the cumin, paprika, parsley, dill, savory.
Salt the peppers on the inside and fill them with the stuffing. Arrange the peppers in a buttered tray. Cut up the other 3 tomatoes into the container where you prepared the stuffing.
