Soak the beans in cold water for 5 to 6 hours, then boil for 10 min. Discard the water, pour in new water and boil until ready.
Next, fry the onions until soft and pour in the beans into them. Stir fry well for several minutes. Soak the peppers in warm water until they soften. Add all the spices to the beans and stuff the peppers.
Arrange them in an oiled oven dish and bake in a moderate oven. After baking, sprinkle with fenugreek on top.
