Boil the cauliflower in salted water and the milk until fully softened.

Drain, put it in a suitable plate, sprinkle with black pepper and the mayonnaise, seasoned with lemon juice to taste.

Stir well and sprinkle with finely chopped parsley.

Arrange the boiled eggs around it, cut into round slices and sprinkled with salt and black pepper. This garnish is appropriate for baked meat.
