Macaroni with Leeks
- macaroni - 9 oz (250 g)
- eggs - 3 - 4
- leeks - 3 - 4 stalks
- butter - 1/2 cup
- feta cheese - 7 oz (200 g)
- smoked breasts - 1 set
- yoghurt - 1 cup
Boil the macaroni in salted water. Drain them and mix them with half the butter. Saute the finely chopped leeks in the rest of the butter.
Once cooled, add the grated feta cheese, beaten eggs and the yoghurt.
Pour the macaroni into an oven dish and the leeks on top. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 min.
Place the smoked breasts on top, which have been cut into thin slices, and bake another 15 to 20 min.
