How to cook
Peel the potatoes and onions, cut them into thin slices. In a buttered oven dish, arrange a row of onions, then a row of potatoes.
Dilute the tomato paste in a warm cup of water and pour it over the dish. Cover it with foil and bake for about 90 min. in a moderate oven.
Shortly before removing from the oven, remove the foil and let the moussaka crisp.
