Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • garlic - 1 bunch, fresh
  • cream - 1 cup (250 g)
  • dill - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • parsley - 2 tbsp, finely chopped
  • salt

Preparation

Mix the cream with the mashed garlic, dill and parsley.

Pour this over the steamed potatoes and bake them in the oven for 10 minutes or so.

This dish can be served as a main course or as a side.
