Ingredients

  • cauliflowers - 17.5 oz (500 g)
  • cream - 1 tbsp
  • cloves - several buds
  • mayonnaise - 1 1/3 tbsp (20 ml)
  • mustard - 2 tbsp
  • lemon juice - of 1/2 a lemon
  • powdered sugar - 1 pinch
  • salt - 1 pinch

Preparation

Beat the mayonnaise, mustard, cream and lemon juice very well in a suitable container.

Add the cloves and powdered sugar and leave it aside.

Meanwhile, boil the cauliflower in some salted water, taking care not to overcook it.

Once it's ready, take it out and distribute into plates. Pour on the prepared sauce.
