How to cook
Boil the chicken meat in salted water. Remove it from the broth, debone it and cut it into small pieces.
Chop the carrots, onions and celery and add them to the boiling broth.
Chop the peppers and saute them in half the heated butter. Peel the tomatoes, finely chop them and add them to the peppers. Put thus sauteed peppers and tomatoes in the soup.
Fry the flour in the remaining butter until golden and thicken the soup with it. Add the meat.
Remove the the soup from the heat, add the chopped garlic and sprinkle with the finely chopped parsley.
