  • mushrooms - 9 oz (250 g)
  • flour - 4 tablespoons
  • butter - 4 tablespoons
  • black pepper
  • salt


Clean the mushrooms and soak them for 30 min. in cold water. Wash them thoroughly and cut them into slices, then boil them in 2 1/2 cups (600 mL) of salted water. Take them out using a slotted spoon.

Fry the flour in the melted butter, dilute it with the broth in which the mushrooms were boiled, until you get a medium thick sauce. Salt to taste.

Once the sauce comes to a boil, add the mushrooms, boil another 5 - 10 min, sprinkle with black pepper and serve.find similar recipes here
