Ingredients

  • potatoes - 2 lb (1 kg)
  • onions - 1 head
  • flour - 1 tablespoon
  • butter - 2 tablespoons
  • lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Preparation

Peel the potatoes and boil them, let them cool and cut into slices.

Heat up the butter and fry the chopped onions. Stir with the flour briefly and then add the potatoes. Braise until pink.

Transfer into a large plate and season with lemon juice, salt and black pepper.

If desired you can serve with lettuce salad.
