Combine the butter with the flour, to get crumbs, add 1 egg and the cheese. Knead a dough and leave it for 30 min. in the fridge. Put the cake layer in a buttered tray.
Remove the pits form the plums and cut them into cubes. Mix them with the starch and sour cherries. Put them on top of the apples and smear with cream.
Arrange the dough on top and press it down on the fruits. Smear the cake with a whipped egg yolk and bake for about 1 hour at 392°F (200 °C).
