How to cook
Chop the apples finely, mix them with the sugar and cinnamon. Roll out the puff pastry thinly and place it on top of baking paper.
Then distribute the apples, sprinkled with flour, on top. Bake for 10 min. at 392°F (200°C).
Remove from the oven and carefully wrap into a roll. Smear with oil and put it back in the oven for 4 min. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
