Ingredients

  • raspberries - 1 2/3 cups (400 g)
  • water - 1/4 cup
  • sugar - 1/2 cup
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • vodka - 1 tbsp
  • rose water - 1 tsp

Preparation

Blend the raspberries with the water. Pass them through a sieve, in order to remove the seeds.

Add the sugar and lemon juice. Stir until the sugar is completely dissolved. Add the rose water and vodka.

Transfer the mixture into a plastic container and leave it in the freezer for half an hour. Take it out and stir, in order to crush the ice crystals.

Return to the freezer and repeat this process every 30 min. for 3 hours.find similar recipes here
