How to cook
Bake the apples until softened and pass them through a sieve.
Combine half the flour with the milk and yeast and leave in a warm place for 2 hours. Grate the carrots.
Add the apples, carrots, 2/5 cup (100 g) of the butter, the remaining flour and the eggs.
Stir everything, add the cream and fry pancakes in a buttered pan.
