How to cook
Cut the cabbage into strips and saute it in the butter, then salt. Boil the potatoes in lightly salted water and cut them into thin slices. Cut the tomatoes into round slices and the parsley finely.
In a buttered oven dish, arrange a row of cabbage, a row of tomatoes, a row of potatoes, sprinkle with parsley, breadcrumbs and put cabbage again. Pour a little boiling water over the moussaka. Bake in a moderate oven.
Once the water evaporates a bit, pour on the eggs beaten with the milk. Bake till ready.
