Ingredients

  • veal - 14 oz (400 g) of liver
  • red wine - 4 tablespoons
  • onions - 10.5 oz (300 g)
  • salt

How to cook

Fry the chopped onions until they turn golden. Cut the liver into pieces, fry them in heated oil.

Mix them with the fried onions, pour on the wine.

Saute for a little bit, salt and serve immediately.
