Ingredients

  • cabbages - 21 oz (600 g)
  • onions - 1.5 oz (40 g)
  • oil - 2 tbsp (30 ml)
  • cumin
  • sugar
  • vinegar
  • salt

How to cook

Grate the onion finely. Fry it in oil, add the chopped cabbage.

Pour in hot water, salt, add the rest of the ingredients without the vinegar and saute until softened.

At the end, add vinegar to taste. Serve this dish on its own or as a garnish to meat.
