Wash the peppers and cut them into strips. Sprinkle the tenderized steaks with flour and fry them on both sides in heated butter and oil.

Remove them, salt and sprinkle with black pepper.

Fry the peppers in the remaining oil, add the tomato paste, crushed garlic, black pepper and salt.

Arrange the mixture in a suitable plate with the ready steaks on top.
